We are now open for ALL SERVICES!
Please note that your appointment time is TENTATIVE. Your exact time may be delayed due to our spa taking extra precautions with proper sanitization procedures.
We unfortunately are not able to allow extra people in the spa right now, as our relaxation room is closed. So, please come alone and with minimal items!
Upon arriving, please call or text the spa at 214.521.2112 to let us know you are here. We will have a few chairs where you can sit in the courtyard outside our doors, to await your technician to pick you up.
We are implementing a “no mask, no service” policy. Please be sure to bring your mask! If you do not have one, we have them for purchase at the spa. Your massage technician may require you to wear your mask when you are lying face up.
We will be taking temperatures and asking guests to sanitize their hands upon entry.
In the effort to give each guest the best experience, we ask that you take a moment to fill out our Intake form which includes our COVID-19 waiver prior to your scheduled appointment. If there are any guests joining you for your spa experience, please have them fill out the same form.
All portions of this form must be completed to constitute a valid authorization to receive services rendered by Riviera Spa. All information is kept confidential. Please note* Non-submissions or incomplete forms must be completed upon arrival at the spa and can potentially reduce the length of scheduled service(s), depending on the time of arrival.
